Who do I contact for technical assistance?
Employees having computer problems, including accessing web services, FirstClass, Employee Self Serve and recovering lost passwords, can contact the IMS department for assistance.
We recommend you log a service request online with Service Pages, but you may also call the Service Desk (help desk) directly at 604-592-3300.
If you are having problems accessing the SD36 network, please phone the Service Desk, as you will not be able to log in to the Service Pages or IMS website. |
